Brassed off 2026 began with a bang, led by our amazing Training Band MD Emma Heard and HSB MD Ed Keeley. There were lots of very keen children ready to learn or progress in their chosen instrument. The new addition of Perc'd Up was very popular, and new instructor Naomi had them all getting into the swing of learning percussion. Other members of HSB gave up their time to teach the children and to play games in break times. This fantastic opportunity would not happen without all those people, and especially without funding which this year came from Madewell in memory of Robert Barkwell.
